Extended weekends are also possible, e.g. Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon, as well as the week does not depend on the day of the week.
Linens through us 15e/person, includes: sheets, fitted sheets and towels, or alternatively, customers can bring their own, so there are no costs for them. The holiday apartment has blankets and pillows for customers and they are included in the rental price.
Note! The announced prices do not include cleaning costs, which is 140e, that is, cleaning costs are always added to the rent price to get the final price for the accommodation.
The rent includes: heating, electricity (charging an electric car is not included in the rent) and water, free use of the beach sauna and the hut, as well as wood for heating the sauna and the outdoor grill and the hut. Free use of the rowing boat. Use of gas grills,
the use of outdoor games. Starter rolls of toilet paper and kitchen paper.
Reservation fee 250e, the customer's reservation is only confirmed when the reservation fee has been paid.
Cleaning fee 140e.
Electric cars: Charging electric cars is not possible for us. The nearest charging points are located at the Linnainmaa shopping center about 3.5 km away.
The rent is paid in full before the customer's agreed accommodation!
Any cancellations must be made during the high season no later than 6 weeks before the agreed start time of the accommodation and in the off-season 30 days before the agreed start of the accommodation, for cancellations made after this we will not refund the booking fee.

With a trailer, I can transport 3 throwing cubes of mixed wood. Deliveries by tractor up to 13 Cubic meters. Larger batches are also possible if necessary.
