The floor surface has been changed to vinyl cork and all the washing and sauna facilities in the house and the 3 toilets in the house have been renovated. The kitchen has also been modernized, as well as the downstairs so-called studio with kitchen has been completely renovated. There is a gas grill in the yard, a campfire / grill place by the beach sauna and a gas grill. There is also a trampoline for children in the yard
